Good grief people! I love to keep up on politics but some of these articles go on and on and on... Just for kicks I just copied the one I was just reading into Microsoft Word and did a word count - over 1,300 words! People, can we not get our ideas across in a few less words? Or do these writers think if they write a lot we'll think they know what they're talking about? I don't want to have to schedule an hour of my time just to read 3 articles. I've got soap operas to watch and bon bons to eat, people!

Interesting note on the election, heard today that Bob Barr will run as a Libertarian...which, totally throws a loop in things if he does.
Not a McCain fan at all, but was getting used to the idea of voting for him, especially since I dont think Obama can cross the finish line with his wacky pastor wrapped around his neck.
but now, a better option, but a spoiler at that..hmmmm.....wonder what Rush has to say about this?
As for the band guy and his tree house...long story short.....
I knew a couple that lived in a tree house near Sacramento. They were river guides, and we took their trip a few years in a row, and stayed in their tree house...beautiful, but wouldnt want to be there on a windy night.

Heartshapedhedges, yeah, I'm a conservative but it doesn't upset me to hear opposing views, I like it actually, but it's nice to know I'm not alone over at Bossy! :-) Thanks for the heads up on Bob Barr, I just Googled him and read an article about his decision - very interesting. And yes - I'll be watching the dittocam today to see what Rush thinks! :-) Cool that you actually got to sleep in a treehouse. I have this weird suspicion that there are more people that you'd think who live in treehouses. Anyway, glad you came to visit me and share your thoughts! :-)
