Jason Bateman

Just for kicks I googled "Jason Bateman" and I was surprised to discover that his first television role was James Cooper Ingalls in the television show Little House on the Prairie (I am a big fan of the books and the tv show). Totally did not know that. Curiosity got the better of me and I had to look up what was the deal with his character on Little House.

From Wikipedia: "The Ingalls family also adopts 10-year-old Albert Quinn (Matthew Laborteaux), whom the family meets when they move (briefly) to Winoka, Dakota Territory in a series of 1978 episodes. Later the Ingalls family adopts more children, James (Jason Bateman) and Cassandra Cooper (Missy Francis), a brother and sister who are orphaned after their parents are killed in a wagon accident."

Anyway, he also appeared in Knight Rider before appearing on the show that brought him teen-idol status - Valerie/The Hogan Family. I'll move on now that I'm sure that you've got your daily fill of "Things You Never Knew About Jason Bateman".
