DH wants to know:
Why do they have to make men's socks in such a large size range?
For example, the socks he just bought supposedly fit size 6-11. He wears a size 9 1/2 and the heel of the sock is halfway up his ankle. He can't imagine someone who is a size 6 - the heel of the sock must be halfway up their calf!

I can empathize with your DH. Sock sizes like that MIGHT be OK if they were tube socks, but socks with heels? I guess sock companies don't realize that people have different size feet.
