according to grandme he says the winter will start bad then get mild then end bad. But personally I think he's just trying to make a fasion statement lol
It's a Fuzzy Wuzzy (scientific name, of course)! We don't see many out here, but I remember always seeing tons when we lived back East. They are so fun.
