Thursday Weigh-In = BAD

No change.

I am so discouraged!!!

I don't know whether to cry, bang my head on our tv stands, or go to the pantry and gorge myself.

Well, I AM going to go to McDonald's today for lunch.

I'm getting the Big Mac Meal.
 
OH YES I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll count it.  BUT I'M GETTING IT!!!!

Between not having a weight loss, DH's back still not better, having to siphon out the @!#$!! dishwasher again, all topped off with a big ol' serving of PMS, IT IS NOT A GOOD DAY!!!!!!

There's a blog I like to visit called Raging Bear Ranch and all I can think of is that's where I should be today - there is this picture in the header of a really angry bear - I *AM* THAT ANGRY BEAR!!!!!!
 
Yes, lots of exclamation points today - I DON'T CARE IF I'M OVERUSING THEM!!!!!!!!

If you know me in person and see me around town today, for your own good, turn and walk the other way!!!!

Hey Carole, Nancy hear at Raging Bear Ranch - Thanks for the Shout out - Hey, are you also working out because if you are then you may not see as much of a weight loss because you are gaining muscle and we all now that it weighs more than you know what. I am having the same issue - I kill myself on my workouts and eat like a fricken mouse and still scale won't budge - I've decided to not look at the scale for a while and just concentrate on my workout and my eating - the rest will fall into place. Don't give up - your doing great - grab the IPOD and take the Rage out on the weights and the treadmill - you will feel 10 times better, I guarantee it!

  8. Aw, Carole, I'm sorry to hear it! I KNOW how you feel. Like Kristine said, it could be water retention. During "my time" a couple weeks ago, I went UP two pounds and back down two pounds in the same week. ARGH. It's crazy.

    Next week will be better! Try not to be discouraged and, uh, put down the knife...
