Thanks for posting this now! I wanted to do this last year but waited too long and never got around to it. This year, I'm doing several things to help make for a better, more enjoyable, Christmas season and I was looking for activity ideas. Now, I have a definite something to add to that list!
This house looks like the one I used to make with the Yankee Magazine recipe. Unfortunately, I lost the recipe a few years ago and can't find it online anywhere. If you have it, I'd really appreciate it if you could forward it to me at ronan.p@rcn.com. My son, who's now 17, only wants to make the "old gingerbread house" not a store-bought one to be constructed. We have many fond memories of decorating it at his birthday party with the kids in our family. If we could have this recipe by 12/4, it would really make his party special. Thanks.
